Unless the rules differ from server to server, just create a network object with address and mask to include all destination servers and apply the appropriate access restrictions in a single rule. If you need exceptions, put special accept (less restrictive) rules after the "global" rule and special drop (more restrictive) rules before the "global" rule. Let me know if I've misunderstood.
