Hello, Up to this weekend I used the f/wall to strip all java and activex controls out of html pages. This weekend I installed Trends Applet trap as a CVP Server to firewall-1. It currently living on the same server as our web server and websense application. The machine main memory is 1gig. All server cpu's are all running less than 20%. Firewall is set to use the viruswall as its next proxy, and viruswall (installed as standalone) is set to use the caching proxy as its next hop. If applettrap is switched it takes an age for the web page to display, switched off the speed is reasonable. Server1 Cachine Proxy (standalone) Viruswall for http/smtp/ftp (standalone) Server2 Web server Websense (ufp) Applettrap (cvp) Version 2 Server3 Firewall1 App As anybody had any experience with applettrap and firewall1.
