I can download topology, but when I try to
comunicate across VPN, it just goes out the dial-up adapter without
encrypting. Userc.c has all the proper enteries there, but I for some
reason it seems as if it won't bind to the adapter properly. I've tried
rebinding to all and to dailup only????
