[FW1] User UNKNOWN in log

Hi World,
i am using a managment console and four fw-1 ver. 4.1 (sp2) fw-modules.
The users are allowed to browse through a rule with CLIENT AUTHENTICATION.
All worked fine - but..
Since a few weeks i can see the username in the log only authenticating.
The further actions (browsing, ftp..) are logged with the name 'UNKNOWN'.
This happens only on remote locations, on my location with management
console the users 
logged fine.

ANY IDEA ? (any idea is welcome)

I have installed the policys again with new users - w.o. success !
