Hi Keith, I subnet the same Class C network across 3 interfaces on my FWs without any problems. ..xxx.32/27, xxx.xxx.xxx.96/27, xxx.xxx.xxx.160/27, one of which has the external address. The routing is done by the underlying OS, Solaris 2.6 in this case, and it all works fine. just make sure that you have the subnet mask correct! Phil <SNIP> Has anyone ever had a problem with having a subnetted class c on either side of FW-1. Example: I have xxx.xxx.xxx.1 as the external interface of the firewall and xxx.xxx.xxx.129 as the internal interface of the firewall. I have tried to do this with Raptor and I know that it has a problem handeling this. </SNIP> ================================================================================ To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================================================
