Performed the 'fw printlic' and only returned one license (for the firewall). 
Our rep finally got back to me, though I think I should have just contacted
tech support.  It took about 10 minutes for us to get on the same page where
he understood what I needed.  Nevertheless, there's no way to 'upgrade' our
old VPN license.  Checkpoint has to issue us a new one which they say will
take between 24 to 72 hours.  

What I don't understand, is if we no longer have a valid license for
SecuRemote, why are all of our other remote users able to connect?  It only
fails when you try and create a site from scratch.  Anyway, thanks for
everyones input.
