Are you entering the string that is associated with a cpvp-vsr-XXX-V40 or some other license? There is one for the VPN/Firewall and one for VSR (SecuRemote). If you do a fw printlic it should show two lines. Something like ... Host Expiration Features X.Y.Z.A Never cpvp-vsr-50-v41 CK-XXXXXXXXXXX X.Y.Z.A Never cpvp-vee-u-3des-module-v41 CK-XXXXXXXXXXXXX (Reminder: Don't post IP addresses or CertKey info) Daniel -----Original Message----- From: Eric Strecker [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, November 06, 2000 3:15 PM To: Gaughan, Daniel; Eric Strecker; [email protected] Subject: Re: [RE: [FW1] Problem with SecuRemote after 4.0 -> 4.1 upgrade...] Daniel, I tried your suggestion and went to the Checkpoint license web page and entered in the old VPN certificate key, but returned and said nothing was found ?!?!? I've e-mailed our rep and am waiting his reply. As of right now, I've only got 2 users in limbo dialing in direct. I hope this is taken care of soon! Thanks for you time.
