RE: [FW1] E-Safe

Dear Mr Bourque,

As a result of several improvements to the scanning engine, the bug you
describe below was introduced into build 101 of eSafe Gateway 2.1.
This was indeed our problem, not Checkpoint's. It was a result from the
way we treat Micosoft's Rich Text Format mail messages.

We looked into this problem, and we now have a solution to this problem,
available from our world-wide offices and resellers. I will mail it to
your private address, rather then to this whole list. Let me just
apologize for the time it took us to supply a solution to your problem.

If you encounter any further problem, please contact me at
[email protected], or at [email protected] .

  Regards,
   Assaf K. Dekel,
   eSafe Technical Support.
