[FW1] Unable to run fw internalca to enable Hybrid IKE authentication

Hi, I'm running CP FireWall-1 v4.1.  I am trying to perform the procedure to
enable hybrid IKE client authetication.  Whenever I try to run "fw
internalca", it states that the command is invalid.

# ./fw internalca
Unknown command "internalca"
