Can anyone tell me if I am on the right track here? I started at v4.0, no service packs. I then installed v4.0 SP1. Q1: Was that necessary? Or is SP1 identical just the "plain" 4.0 release? I read, somewhere on this list, I think, that upgrading to CP2000 (4.1 SP2?) would not work unless I had at least 4.0 SP3 installed. I have now installed 4.0 SP5, which seems to be Phoneboy's recommendation. I'm now upgrading from there CP2000, using the upgrade kit I got from CheckPoint. Q2: After the upgrade, will my firewall be at v4.1 (plain) or at v4.1 SP2 ?
