I am trying to authenticate securemote users using FWZ encryption and securID. I have tested the secureID authentication by using client auth and it works fine. When I created a securemote user and attempted to authenticate I recieved the following error on the client "Authentication Failed" and in the log Refused Topology Download Request Reason User Note Defined Properly. I thought fine, Ill swap out the authentication to firewall password and try again. nope still get the same error. Am I missing something ?
