Not necessarily true.
All product information can be found online and also some pretty detailed
user's guides and administrative guides.
Let's just say finding the information isn't as easy as one would like

I've yet to find anything on Lucents site that says anything beyond it
supports 40 bit DES with IPSEC
unless you get an upgrade to 56 or higher.
