[FW1] RE: Opsec Lea errors in NT error log - Solution

All,

in continuation of the erros I described here, I have now found a solution.

The origional Webtrends for Firewalls that was run was not registered due to
problems with the registration profile. By the time Webtrends support solved
the problem, a month had passed, and so some of the options stopped working,
one of which was the Opsec Lea side.

Altho the service was started and running, the software, even after
registering correctly, is not capable of reconnecting to the Firewall, even
tho all parameters in both the FW and the Webtrends are correct.

The following URL points to the Webtrends solution to this issue.

http://www.webtrends.com/support/Solution.asp?id=

All I had to do, was perform the options as dictated in the WS part (the
WS/Server running the Webtrends software) for everything to start working
again.

I think this is one for the phoneboy faq, as this is obviously an issue that
can pop up at any time if you are running the Webtrends for Firewalls or the
Webtrends Firewall Suite.
