[FW1] Installing a remote policy

Hello,

I am unable to install a new policy on the remote firewall. I have tried
dropping the policy (on the slave) and asking it to load from the master
firewall, this fails. The master know thats the slave is a remote firewall.
Anybody any ideas?

The message on the gui is :-

Installing Security Policy C:\WINNT\FW\conf\Oct2000.pf on
all.all@gate_lh1stopshop
WARNING: Using S/Key Authentication instead of FWA1 : No Encryption License
Authentication for command load failed
Failed to Install Security Policy on gate_lh1stopshop: Unauthorized action
