[FW1] Two ISP connections to one Firewall

Hi

I have been tasked with connecting a second E1 connection to a spare
interface on an existing firewall, this circit will be from the same ISP as
the existing line. 
The circuit will be connected via a second router and will use a second IP
address. The circuits will not be acting as a single trunk. 
There is a requirement to configure the firewall so that traffic is split
between the two on a protocol basis 
Has anyone managed to set this up successfully, is it possible and if so
could you explain how to set this up, routing, rules etc.
