Re: [FW1] ARP "storms" in Win98




Sounds like the laptop has HP JetAdmin tools loaded.  By default, the 
Jetadmin tool
will arp for every device IP on his local network.  In JetAdmin tool, an 
option is available to turn this "Feature" off.
