If I understand correctly, you want SR users to ALWAYS go through your internal network, even to connect to internet sites? The only way I can think of to do this would be to make the entire internet be your encryption domain (network 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0). I have never done this, though, and I'm skeptical that the firewall would route the traffic correctly. Guess I'm just curious.
