I think, the different IP-adresses after the -n option is your problem.
Better is to notz use it at all but if you have to, use the _same_
IP-adresse both times. And remember that there is a time stamp in the
putkeys and you have to issue _all_ the putkey commands within a certain
time.
Do _not_ forget to fwstop && fwstart each machine after fw putkey.
