RE: [FW1] Contacts sent from Outlook

That is an outlook/exchange problem (I am definitely assuming you have
exchange). The outlook contact is grabbing the information from the exchange
server instead of the outlook contact - that is why the fields are
different. It is not a firewall issue.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [FW1] Contacts sent from Outlook

Our users are having a problem sending contacts from Outlook to other users.

A user clicks on Contacts, right clicks on a contact and forwards to another
user.
When the contact is sent within the same Exchange environment, an Outlook
formatted contact is received as an attachment.
When the contact is sent over the Internet to another Exchange environment,
the contact becomes an attachment that seems to be missing information and
is no longer formatted as a contact.

Is this normal behavior, or could the firewall be causing the problem?

Thanks in advance!
