Can't help with your smurf problem but....
Are you not paying Exodus $$$$ a year to 'manage' your internet connection.
I would certainly look closely at your contract.
With Pipex in the UK a simple phone call gets me through to an engineer who will
make the changes to our router as we speak.
Just a thought.
