F.Y.I I applyed SP2 for FW-1 4.1 onAIX 4.3.3 half a month before and find works fine. Filesystem "/usr/lpp/CPfw1-41" becomes 125MB after applying SP2. (without log file. log directory is separate filesystem in my environment.) # I applyed sp1 first.
