[FW1] Failed to load DTMQuery.

Hi,
 
We have a NT server running firewall version v4.1 SP2, & recently
we encountered problem on the firewall. The firewall just stopped
functioning and we had to reboot the firewall.
 
In the event viewer, we found out a error message stated,
 
"FireWall-1: dtm_query_init: Failed to load DTMQuery 
DLL D:\FW1\4.1\lib\fwdtmquery.dll: The specified module could not be found."

We have seen this appear on 2 separate firewalls (different sites)
in the space of 3 weeks. The funny thing is we could not find the
particular file as stated in the error message even when we install a
fresh copy of the firewall on another machine.
 
Any ideas what is the cause of this error?
