I am assuming when you say add, you mean a new network card attached to a new network, rather than replacing an existing card. >From a Firewall perspective, you don't actually have to do anything once you have defined the nic to NT. You can define rules etc control traffic flow to and from the network the nic is attached to without having to explicitly tell the firewall that it has a new network card. In fact, you could build the rulebase prior to putting the card in, if you so desired. The only interface specific changes you need to make are with regards to spoofing (if you want to use anti-spoofing, which you should). In the firewall object, you need to add the new interface (or SNMP get it, if available), and define the addresses that should arrive at the interface (this-net or a specific network or group of networks etc).
