"check on Accept VPN-1 and Firewall-1 Control connnections" huh? Check your license and setup.. make sure you have the correct corresponding DES vers and that the encryption is set up correctly... Without activating the SecuRemote program I can ping my FW-1 site's external address. When I activate the SecuRemote program (envelope icon comes up) I can no longer ping the FW-1 site's external address. However, I can update my site. When I try to download the security policy, I cannot get past the "Exchanging keys" and I get an error that "Communication with the x.x.x.x site has failed". Am I missing something? I am not running NAT on the FW-1.
