RE: [FW1] fw logexport with FW-1 4.0

The pass2 is where it does the name lookups. If you have a big one, if can
run really really slow. Try turning off name resolution and see if that
helps.

You do that by giving it the fw logexport command a -n option. I bet it
whizzes right on through.

Subject: [FW1] fw logexport with FW-1 4.0

Hello there,

Have anybody seen the following problem that sounds like a bug within
the fw logexport command running FW-1 4.0: when running 'fw logexport'
the pass1 is successful, and the pass2 fails (Ctrl+C needed), or stops
after 4%. It seems that there is something wrong within the binary input

file that prevents the program to run properly. Fortunately, the log
viewer can open it and export it manually to an ASCII file (but with a
totally different format...).

Thanks in advance for your support.

Eric
