Hi Eddy, Sorry that I am not clear about your network configuration. As far as I know what I did when I had the same problem as yours is to check the routing on your routers and NT. You may need to add routing entry in your router/NT if you try to ping the IP address behind it. If you don't mind, it would be better if you could let me know more detail of your network architecture. Another try is to check default gateway of each NIC on your FW. Hope this may help you.
