One of our customers has had problems FTPing since management was upgraded to 4.0 SP7. I made the change to the base.def file commenting out: #define FTP_ENFORCE_NL The rule is source internal network, dest any, svce any with hide nat. Here is what the customer is seeing: "...connection is Ok but I can't see files . I use Internet Explorer and WarFtp Client. The only way to see files, I have to use IFTP product by using default configuration with passive mode." Looking at the logs I see the outbound FTP connection being accepted by the proper rule. Then I see a high port tcp reply from the ftp server being dropped by the cleanup rule. This was working fine before the SP7 upgrade. Are there other changes to the base.def file or other configuration files that could be causing this problem? enable FTP Port data connectiosn and FTP PASV are both checked in policy properties Firewall is running on NT FW1 4.0SP4 (bld 4066) & MGMT is on solaris FW1 4.0 SP7(bld 4205). Everything was working fine before the management module was upgraded. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Is it just me or do 4.1SP2 & 4.0SP7 seem to have alot of problems?
