[FW1] Hybrid Mode VPN - internalca create fails.

alls,
I am try to install Hybrid Mode IKE for SecuRemote Authentication, I had 
download a set of instruction from CheckPoint Website to do it, (written by 
Joe DiPietro)

I had encountered problem on step 3 to create a Certificate for the 
VPN/Firewall Module, I got the error messages , if there anybody can help??

# ./fw internalca certify -o fw2 "o=sttms, c=sg"
Failed to create certificate:
Unknown problem. rc = -278761296
