Hi Malcolm,

you both installed the Firewall-1 VPN software version. The
license itself enables the vpn capabilities or disables the vpn
capabilities. The message you reported tells you the fact that
there vpn is disabled. Thats all. 
There is no problem, the message is only a hint/tip :-)
