Another option which I prefer is a product by Elron Software called Internet Manager - Web Inspector. This product operates invisably to your employees which means no change in thier surfing patterns. This product allows you as the administrator to set monitoring up in any number of configurations. You can simply block access to sites which contain "objectionable" material, or you can allow your employees to continue to go to these sites while the system (unbeknownst to your employee) sends you an alert informing you of thier activities in real time. It also allows you as the administrator to go in "behind the scenes" to see exactly what your employees are doing on the net at any given moment....likewise in real time. You can view the page exactly as they see it as well as see what they're doing searches for on the search engines. Or you can use SurfControl which will load on to of FW-1. Websense is another product that will do this I belive.
